Tommy Rush spent 15+ years in operations — nine years managing in food service, then COO of a multi-location retailer — and kept hitting the same wall. Every off-the-shelf tool made assumptions that didn't match the real business. So he learned to build, and started shipping the systems he wished existed: an operating platform that runs three stores, apps that solve his own problems, automations that answer the phone.
